I'm writing a novel!
It's my first long-form piece that isn't a play. How does a playwright turn poetic prose into narrative paragraphs? I'm figuring that out, descriptive sentence by descriptive sentence.
Inspired by C. S. Lewi's Narnia series and Kate Chopin's The Awakening, Lobster Letters is a fantasy piece weaving in and out of time and place to address what happens when we fall in love with the sea and all the dangers that lie within.
